		Reed joined IBM's VM/SP Development organization in Endicott,
		New York in 1981 as a Junior Programmer.
		He has held management and product planning positions in the
		VM organization since.
		Currently, Reed is the lead technical product planner for the
		z/VM platform, responsible for future product plans and
