Linda Jorgensen is a Usability Specialist and Interface Designer
		for the mainframe division of IBM. She is currently working
		to improve usability for deploying Linux on z/VM and zSeries.
		Linda received her M.S. in Technical Communication at Rensselaer
		Polytechnic Institute. Her research interests include Web-based
