Dr. David Boyes is President and CTO of Sine Nomine Associates, and has participated in operating systems and networking research for more than 20 years, working on design and deployment of systems and voice/data networks worldwide. David is actively designing scenarios and economic models for software and system development on multiple platforms and is currently involved in design and deployment of scalable system infrastructure for a number of global Fortune 100 companies.
