10:30 AM | David Boyes - Sine Nomine Associates - Building LINUX "Appliances" with z/VM and Open Source Software
The viability of Linux as a base for useful tools is clear and
well-established. The problem is where to start and how one can take the
number of tools and gadgets available for Linux and use those tools to
solve particular problems that we've all lived with for ages, but never
had a good way to solve using the standard z/VM or other system tools
without either spending a fortune, or coding until our bosses wonder
about our sanity.
