9:15 AM Turbolinux for the S/390
In this 1 hour presentation we'll go over some of the features
of the Linux for S/390 distribution by Turbolinux that can be
used in the Enterprise workspace. The talk will present the
latest updates and patches that are available for the product
to better support what S/390 customers are trying to do.
The presentation will include an overview of the Turbolinux
installation under a VM Session, use of IBM tools such as the
hypervising features of VM, extensive support options available
from Turbolinux, and a chance for questions, answers, and input
from the audience.

10:30 AM Using RSCS In The New Millennium
An overview of RSCS functions will be covered with an
emphasis on the TCP/IP capabilities of the latest release.
The TCP/IP capabilities, which will be covered, include
TCPNJE support, TN3270E printer support, LPR and LPD support,
and the recent addition of SIFT/UFT support.
Additional topics for the LPR and LPD support will include
use of the PPS EXEC, LPRXFORM configuration file,
and exit configuration files.

2:45 PM z/VM Performance Tools
For z/VM 3.1.0 both RealTime Monitor VM/ESA (RTM VM/ESA)
and VM Performance Reporting Facility (VMPRF) were updated
with new releases. RTM underwent a great deal of change
and VMPRF has several new reports, as well as improvements
to installation and service. I will be talking about the
new releases of both products.

The S/390 Virtual Image Facility for LINUX (VIF) provides
an environment that lets you create and manage
multiple Linux images on a single S/390 or zSeries
platform. This presentation introduces you to the VIF
concepts and structure, installation and configuration
overview, and recent improvements to the product.
